Privacy Request

Exercise your privacy rights under our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Your rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements (7 years for health records).
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Accounting of disclosures: Request a list of instances where health information has been disclosed outside your Care Circle.

Workspace Admins may request a complete export of all care recipient data. Deletion requests must be submitted by a workspace Admin with authority over the relevant workspace. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request.

Submit a request

Use the email address linked to your Living Care account when possible.

Submitting opens your email client with a pre-filled message to privacy@livingcare.app. We do not store form submissions on our servers. Security incidents should be reported to security@livingcare.app.
